The Fringe Effect

I have cut a fringe numerous times in my life and love the effect, but I always end up growing it out three months later. I guess it's just one of those things some people are meant to have and others not.

I wish I could wear it as stylishly as these ladies, though:

This reminds me of fairy tales, stories my grandma told me when I was just a little girl and it makes me want to spend a day in an English garden: playing with old fashioned watering cans, having tea and scones and painting roses red. If you wear the clothes, you can imagine the life, can't you?
